Chic songstress and FFL favourite, Rihanna was spotted dancing about London town this weekend after her surprise performance on the X Factor.  However, the singer left home without her umbrella ella ella (we had to do it), and was forced to brave the the rainy weather in nothing but glam outfits naturally.  We would characterise this as somewhat of a “safe” outfit for Miss R, though we are loving the shoulder emphasis and OTK leather boots.  The beauty about Rihanna is that she always looks at home in whatever she’s wearing–whether it’s a curve-hugging corset and hot pants or a cropped top and black jeans (she’s body-appropriate for both as it happens).  She owns it. And she knows it.

A white blouse is a style essential–whether crisp, clean and fitted for work or flowy, frilly and relaxed for an evening out.  Below are four of our very favourites for winter.
