Mawi capsule collection for Asos

Our holiday prayers have been answered: it was announced that London-based jewellery line Mawi has created a capsule collection for uber-trendy (and may we add affordable) online shopping phenomenon Asos. Mawi bracelets and necklances (and oh! those rings) define modern sophistication, and we are giddy for the new goods that go on sale today!

Prices start at £25 for a gorgeous emerald and gold cocktail ring, and max at £75 for either a disc-plated choker or boxy bangle.  The best part of this capsule is that the Mawi design philosophy has not been compromised or altered because of the lower price points.  Those of us familiar with designer/ high street collaborations (and aren’t we all at this stage) understand the significance of this–so often you click into a shop filled with high expectations and credit card in hand, only to realise the sole tie-in to the original line is the name. Sigh. Not so with Mawi. These jewels are going to go fast– we especially love said cocktail ring and boxy cuff.
